SAP v10.0 software tool released

The software tool for SAP v10.0 has been published and is available via https://www.isap.org.uk/. This is based on the SAP v10.0 specification which is published here: https://bregroup.com/sap/sap10/

The purpose of providing this software tool is to allow stakeholders to understand how the updated methodology works in practice and the possible impacts. It is only a demonstration tool and should not be used for any official calculations. SAP 2012 continues to be the current method for all official calculations. Furthermore, there are likely to be further changes to the methodology before it is finalised.
