Refcom guide: Sales of pre-charged equipment

Refcom have produced a guide for distributors and end users to explain the responsibilities of both parties when selling and buying pre-charged equipment.  This area has caused some confusion in the past, and the guide sets out to make it clear what is required to meet the requirements of the F gas regulation.
